Free printable math worksheets with answer keys

All printable math worksheets on MathGym are free PDFs for kindergarten to 5th grade, and every one has an answer key. The most used of these free math printables are the adding and subtracting worksheets, the times tables sheets and the division facts. Download a ready-made sheet below, or use the generator: choose the skill, the numbers and how many problems, and it makes a new worksheet each time, in up to four versions. Sheets print on Letter paper by default; switch to A4 if you are outside the US.

Printable math games, not only drills

Some of the PDFs are games to play on paper: a "Race to 100" board for 2nd grade, a multiplication "four in a row" board for 3rd grade, and cut-out cards for matching facts. They need only a pencil, a paper clip as a spinner and sometimes a die, so they work in class centers, on a trip or at the kitchen table.

Print the mistakes from a game

If your child has just played a game on this device, the generator offers "Mistakes from my game": a sheet with exactly the facts they got wrong, mixed with a few they know, to finish on a confident note. Nothing is uploaded; the sheet is made in your browser.

Worksheets by grade

Each grade has a review PDF with one page per skill of the year, following the Common Core. Use it at the start of the year to see what is secure, or at the end of a unit as a check. The grade pages link each skill to its game, so a weak page in the review leads straight to the right practice. Families in the UK can use the same sheets on A4 as maths worksheets for Year 2 to Year 6 (KS1 and KS2): the grade names are US grades, and the grade pages give the closest English school year.
